This Privacy Policy explains how Finiti ("Finiti", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the Finiti mobile application for iOS ("App").

This Policy applies to all users of the App and is designed to comply with applicable data protection laws, including:

  • Apple App Store privacy requirements.
  • Other applicable privacy and consumer protection laws.

By downloading or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

  • No user accounts or registration.
  • No advertising or advertising SDKs.
  • No analytics or tracking SDKs.
  • No sale or sharing of personal data.
  • No data collected, transmitted, or stored on external servers.
  • All data is stored locally on your device.

3. Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal information.

The App stores the following data locally on your device only:

  • Goal data (title, start date, deadline).
  • Wallpaper style preferences (colors, position, shape, font sizes).
  • Automation status (whether the shortcut has been configured).

This data never leaves your device. We have no access to it.

We Do NOT Collect

  • Names, usernames, or account credentials.
  • Email addresses (unless you contact support).
  • Location data.
  • Contacts.
  • Usage analytics or telemetry.
  • Identifiers for advertising purposes (e.g., IDFA).
  • Payment or billing information (payments are handled by Apple).

Customer Support (Only If You Contact Us)

If you email support, we may receive:

  • Your email address.
  • The content of your message.

This information is used solely to respond to your request.

4. How We Use Information

All processing happens locally on your device:

  • Generate countdown wallpaper images based on your goal.
  • Store your wallpaper style preferences.
  • Set wallpaper via iOS Shortcuts integration.

We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, profiling, or any purpose beyond providing App functionality.

5. Third-Party Services

a) Apple Services

Apple may collect data according to its own privacy policies when you:

  • Download the App from the App Store.
  • Make in-app purchases (handled entirely by Apple).
  • Use iOS Shortcuts to set wallpapers.

b) No Other Third Parties

We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or data processing services.

6. Data Storage and Security

  • All data is stored locally on your device using iOS sandboxing and system-level encryption.
  • No external databases or servers are used.
  • You can delete all App data by deleting the App from your device.

7. Data Retention

  • App data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App.
  • Support emails are retained only as long as necessary to resolve your request.

8. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

Where applicable, data processing is based on:

  • Performance of a contract — providing App functionality.
  • Consent — when you voluntarily contact support.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
